I love Thai food. Given the choice between the four “standard”, ubiquitous Asian cuisines in Atlanta: Sushi, Chinese, Indian and Thai, it’s the latter that will always get my vote. Alas, finding serious, authentic ethnic cuisine in Atlanta that is also elevated to the level of fine dining has proven remarkably hard.
