I love meeting farmers. There is so much care and work that goes into the process that I am always humbled. The highlight of the visit was meeting the folks from Bray Family Farms. These guys have grass fed beef, pastured pork and poultry, free range eggs and plenty of produce. I shall buy a pig from them soon.

Our local is Peachtree Rd Farmer's Market at Cathederal of St Philip. Started by Lindon Hopkins of Eugene's about three years ago, it is (IMHO) the best in Atlanta. You would love the weekly demonstrations by Atlanta's best chefs, and the farm fresh produce, while not the lesat expensive in Atlanta, is spectacular. Here's their website: http://www.peachtreeroadfarmersmarket.com/index.html

Did you happen to get the name of the farmers from Loganville with the burgundy beans?

Burgundy beans, burgundy beans, burgundy beans. Those blueberries were sweet and tart, unlike the supermarket ones in my fridge.
